ForTech Consultants Corp. came into existence 18 years ago. Since 1991, ForTech started from providing safe guard systems and maintaining range systems. Gradually, the Company realized that a corporation must be flexible and agile to meet the shifting needs of operating in an on demand environment. In this case, to effectively leverage the virtualized technology services layer and its collaborative tools, the business model must be transformed to create differentiated and flexible team-based services. After innumerable trial and error, the Company used continuous processing technologies to provide high quality and low cost services for fulfilling customers’ requirements. The new model optimizes cross functional operations to deliver objectives and eliminates costly duplication. The resulting structure is flexible, agile, and well-orchestrated. Currently, ForTech provides services to customers primarily in Taiwan, including land, air force, police force and non-governmental organization. Moreover, the Company aims at providing the completely services, such as design, production, installation and after-sale service, to our customers through team-based system. Nowadays, ForTech owns creative abilities to reach our customers’ different demands no matter in software or hardware systems.
